Friends of the Heritage Park Library Bookstore

The bookstore is still closed BUT we are now accepting donations of newer, gently-used books. If you have great books to donate, please email [email protected] to make arrangements for the collection/drop off of your books. Please do not leave donations at the library.

Wow, the OC Public Libraries is turning 100 this year! Go to ocpl.org/centennial for information on joining them for a year-long celebration.

Due to limited inventory, we unfortunately have to cancel the book sale on 11/28/2020. The sale on 11/21/2020 is still on! Note: No book donations accepted during sale.

The FOL bookstore will still remain closed but we have good news! We will be holding a parking lot book sale! There will be approximately 3,000 books available for your purchase in a wide variety of subjects and genres. --- Where: ... - Heritage Park Library employee parking lot When: - Saturday, November 21, from 9 am to 1 pm - Saturday, November 28, from 9 am to 1 pm - While supplies last What: - We provide you with a bag and you fill the bag with books you want. - Each bag of books is $3.00. - Cash only. Exact change much appreciated. COVID-19 Precautions: - Face masks and social distancing are required. - Safety protocols will be in place to control the flow of people into the sale area. - No public access to the bookstore or community room. --- Hope to see you there!

We have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that sadly, the FOL bookstore will still remain closed for the foreseeable future. The good news is that the Heritage Park library is now open for curbside pickup! Just follow these simple instructions to get your reads.... 1 - Place a hold online or over the phone. 2 - When you get notified your hold is available to be picked up, drive on over to the library. 3 - Park your car up front and give us a call to let us know you are here to pick up. 4 - Provide your Library Card Number & Name. 5 - Staff will grab your items, check them out to you, and then deliver them to the table. 6 - Once staff have returned to the building, feel free to exit your car and grab your goodies.
