Tick tack While we wait to open our doors, let’s start by letting people know who we are. Why FRESSINO ROAR CAFÉ We wanted a name that would represent our family, our community and specialty coffee industry! ... Fressino = Fresno in italian. Why italian, because Italy is well know around the world for being the best coffee makers. Roar= We are located in the Edison Region, which represents a variety of the Big cats families. Ex, Edison Tigers, Sunset Tigers, Gaston Bengals, Computech wildcats, etc, etc. café= This is a family business. As a proudly Mexican American family and being in the USA wanted to show people that Latin America have great things to show to the world, and coffee is one of them. Started with the dream of Hassan my oldest son to share his and Passion for coffee. As parents, wanted to help him make his dream come true. Our shop will be focusing on latin American coffee beans, especially in beans from different Mexico States (Puebla, Guerrero, Oaxaca, just to mention few states) along with other Latin American sister nations like EL Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and others. This is why café in spanish to represent our heritage, culture and roots! For us the name of our shop represent us perfectly, a Mexican American Family proud of their background, trying to bring the best latin American coffee taking the example of the famous italian coffee makers, and representing our Edison Region Schools with our loud ROAR!
