Update from active.com is that refunds should be issued in 1-3 days from today. And the refunds will go directly back onto the card you used. Sorry for the delay.

We are deeply sorry that we have had to cancel this year's zombie run. Location was a factor in our decision as well as several outside factors that would not allow us to give you the best experience possible. We strive to make our event the best it can possibly be. To give you a lesser event is not something we are willing to do because it wouldn't be right to you the participants. We are NOT cancelling the run permanently. We will be back next year with a vengeance! We are ...already planning how to make it bigger and better for you. Again, we apologize for the change of plans, but the quality of the run needs to be the best we can offer. Next year we can promise that it will be! ALL registration fees will be refunded ASAP. Please watch your email and let us know if there are any issues with it. If you bought a Deal Saver you will receive an email with refund information.
