SPICULE Peels A Unique Organic Peel Alternative To Microneedling. This incredibly unique professional skincare treatment uses spicules and can produce Microneedling-like results! The use of spicules is an organic facial peel and provides manual exfoliation of the skin’s surface. Unlike other peels, which only work on the surface, spicules activate the exfoliation process from within the skin. During the application process of the spicule peel, you press and lift the peel int...o the skin, imitating Microneedling. Spicule peels encourage collagen induction when spicules made of hydrolyzed sea sponge, are massaged and lifted into the skin. What is a Spicule? A sharp-pointed object or structure that is typically present in large numbers, such as a fine particle of ice. The spicules in our peels are structural elements found in sea sponges. It helps to break up the accumulated dead skin cells and destroy them. If you’re using the same skincare that you are in the Summertime chances are your skin is missing some hydration and probably feels dry and itchy. Don’t skimp on moisturizer and look at adding a face oil to your routine. (Please don’t use Coconut Oil)
