Are you a Richmond resident interested in healthy eating and lifestyle? The Veggie Rx Cooking and Nutrition Classes are free nutrition and cooking classes held throughout the Bay Area, and it is coming to Richmond! The program helps individuals healthier food choices in a way that's fun, accessible and practical. This is a fully online, self-paced program.The two platforms used are Google Classroom and Zoom, but don’t worry if you’ve never used them before - we will teach you... how!. You can earn up to $400 (in a household of four) in Veggie Rx vouchers when you complete the course.
