Fremont Hills Dining associates went above and beyond to create a wonderful lunch in celebration of The Harvest Moon Festival! Residents began their feast with egg drop soup, followed by a delicious entrée consisting of slow-cooked braised pork belly, sautéed spinach, steamed jasmine rice, crunchy egg rolls and Cha Siu Bao, which is a steamed barbeque pork bun. For dessert, they enjoyed a mooncake with assorted fresh fruit. We are excited to have our dining room open for lunch and dinner again, with the addition of several safety precautions in place.
