Arrive to work on time, and ready to work Completing pre-shift checklists Always show a professional demeanor Bring necessary uniform and supplies needed to work Answer phone calls, enter orders into the POS system Enter third party delivery orders into the POS system Package food and store in the appropriate area Collect payment from customers when applicable Assist with food running to tables Answer calls for reservations and enter into the Open Table system Clean the designated areas assigned Extend the level of service to ensure all guests leave satisfied Complete closing side work Any other duties assigned Uniform Shoes black shoes only with non-slip soles that permit walking safely on wet or greasy floors. Shoes must be kept clean and worn with black socks. Jeans Dressy blue jeans or black pants only. No rips or embroidery. No skinny jeans. No leggings will be permitted. Jeans/Pants must be long enough to touch the top of your shoe. Black belts are permitted. Shirts Black shirt, with or without Fratelli’s logo. No other logos besides Fratelli’s logo are permitted. Shirts worn must be in good condition, laundered, and pressed. Bra straps must be covered, and bra should not show through.

To our community: Thank you for your incredible support as we continue to navigate through the Covid-19 pandemic with the health of our employees and guests being our top priority. Our goal is to be able to continue to serve you for many years to come and we look forward to doing so. While the County of San Diego Department of Public Health will not be enforcing the current State mandated regulations related to restaurant operations, we feel it is in the best interest of our Fratelli’s Family and our community to operate exclusively as a take-out, delivery and catering operation for the remainder of 2020. Well, here we are again. Another shutdown has us closed for indoor dining. As you probably know we have faced our share of challenges in the almost 10 years since we opened. From fires, to floods to global pandemics, it has not been an easy ride for our family. However, we have persevered. Two things have remained consistent during this time: the loyalty of our amazing guests, and our resolve to stay in business. We are open everyday at 4pm and will be offering outdoor dining, curbside pickup, delivery and catering.
