Well!! Another Sh** Show Today now in Valley Springs.. I closed the purchase yesterday and seller said home was vacant and he’s all out. I guess he forgot about the other 15 people and 10 dogs.. Oh, don’t forget about the people that live in the motorhome in the back yard..

Moving right along with demo. More to come!!

Sometime sellers just have too much stuff to take with them. That’s ok, I’ll take care of it.. Time to get to work.
