Even if you're not Jewish, JCC (Jewish Community Center) is a FCSO godsend! We live in NW Oakland and JCC picks up from school and takes students almost to our door (59th and Telegraph). JCC offers excellent aftercare including theater, piano lessons, and gardening. Our kids wouldn't be able to attend FCSO without JCC transportation, yet a lot of folks don't know about it.
