The Foundation is the world’s leading organization committed to finding treatments and cures for blinding retinal diseases. When the Foundation was established in 1971, little was known about these diseases. Today, 40 clinical trials are either underway or being prepared to launch for potential treatments. You can help continue the Foundation's momentum by donating in honor of Blindness Awareness Month! fightingblindness.org/blindnessawareness Image Description: A researcher looking into a microscope with orange overlay and text that says, "Funding more than 40 clinical trials, Foundation Fighting Blindness."
