I absolutely luv riding this bike! It’s a blast to ride and can go anywhere. Have taken on sand, dirt, mud, snow and pavement. The only thing I wish is it had is thru axel in the rear. Had the front fork made by Mendon Cycles before any other option was available. Also haven’t done a dropper since nothing was really available in 27.2 and just have gotten used to not having one now. Need to replace the front rim since I went straight into a tree and it literally took almost all of the impact-I was able to get up and basically straighten up the wheel and keep riding-but does need to be replaced. Slowly starting to look at pictures taken at the Pinnacles a few months ago...this Dragonfly almost seemed to know I was photographing it. It would turn and face me and let me get closer and closer each time it would fly away as I tried to take pictures. It either had a lot of patience or was just as curious about me as I was of it since it stayed close by as long as I was there too. Have always wanted to see a Bald Eagle and while on a walk when we were at #Pinecrest I heard something in a tree as we were walking and saw a couple crows giving this guy a hard time over not sharing a fish they caught. I knew if I waited long enough I could catch a better picture.
