Happy Halloween! First photoshoot in a while, life has been busy. Wrapped Jain Dowe in few layers of nylon, ripped it up and poured half a gallon of special fx slime on her. All in a day's work.

Northern California Pole Presentational 2017 is over. 9 hours, 67 performances, 74 performers and 16,630 photos taken. Awesome experience, but I feel like I could sleep a week. After the photos are done, of course. Thank you NCPP for having me again and Ngoc Thien Ho for keeping me company during the dark moment when I realized there are still 18 performances to go and it was past my naptime.

My second shoot at my home studio doing headshots with a local actor and overall great guy Sherman J. Christensen! I'm loving this, why did I take this long break from photography...?!

I am back! After taking almost a year off from shooting, I'm back at it again. And no better way to start than doing headshots with the super-awesome and oh-so-pretty Miesha. Single light, against lit window. Keeping it simple.

Starting to slowly get back to photography after taking almost a year off, my first shoot this year is today! Practicing also my Photoshop skills, here is a new edit of a Hmong fashion shoot we did last year. Fan-Pei (the model) retouched the initial published photos, this one is more in my style.
