Girls tennis starts on Monday, March 8th. Tennis is a no-cut team so any interested players are welcome. Practice starts at 1:30 and will go to 3. Please have players bring their paperwork.
With the High School on distance learning for a week, I was told that all sports are being put on hold until February 8th. So, no open courts, no practice, nothing official until Monday February 8th. The public is allowed to use the courts - following safety guidelines... If the courts are dry, play tennis! I just can not be there for a week.
Supposed to be nicer weather tomorrow, Friday. Hopefully I will see some players at the courts.
Tennis season starts -> rain starts...
High School tennis is officially starting up again. Tennis is one of the non-contact social distanced sports. Open courts will be happening all this coming week - if the rain clears enough for the courts to dry. If it is raining, or the courts are wet, there will be no open courts. To participate, student players need to bring a completed Covid waiver from from the high school. I have attached one here also.... Before students enter the court, they will have their temperature take and will sanitize their hands. The school is limiting the number of participants to 14.
