I am very proud of myself for getting out of my comfort zone and learning Zoom! I have found it easy and efficient. Students that have taken class have really enjoyed them. CLASS SCHEDULE FOR THIS WEEK! (Willing to take requests if you want to go earlier, majority will decide).... MONDAY-BODY CONDITIONING was 9. WE WOULD LIKE TO GO TO 8:30A.M. YOGA 12:30P.M. TUESDAY-BOOMER 12:15P.M. BOOTCAMP 5:30P.M. WEDNESDAY-BODY CONDITIONING 8:30A.M. YOGA 6:00P.M. THURSDAY-YOGA 11:00A.M. BOOMER 12:15P.M. FRIDAY-YOGA 12:30P.M. SATURDAY-YOGA 9:00P.M. PERSONAL TRAININGS WILL BE SCHEDULED AROUND THIS SCHEDULE THIS WEEK! REMEMBER, THOSE THAT TAKE CLASS FROM ME KNOW THAT ANY LEVEL CAN DO ANY CLASS. I ALWAYS GIVE MODIFICATIONS SO FIND ONES THAT WORK!
