To all of our wonderful patients and community. We hope you all are staying safe and well during these challenging times. Our team members' and patient's health and safety are always our highest priority. We are still waiting to hear from Cal/OSHA as to when we will be allowed to open our business for routine dental care and the required safety guidelines they will be requiring. We really miss seeing our patients, and we look forward to resuming our normal business hours. If you have a dental emergency, please don't hesitate to contact Dr. Boozer on his cell phone at 530-409-0345. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

We wanted to send you some Spring cheer in this difficult and challenging time. We hope you are staying safe and healthy. We are following the directives of the American Dental Association and El Dorado County Health Department by temporarily closing our business to routine care. We are available to our patients if you have a dental emergency by calling Dr. Boozer on his cell phone at 530-409-0345. Keep yourself safe when you go to the store by wearing a mask or a bandana over your face. Wipe all your food down when you get home before putting it away. Wash your hands often and don't touch your face. We look forward to resuming our regular business hours, and we can't wait to see you soon!

Urgent COVID-19 Update In light of all that is going on in our community and the world, we want to let you know what we are doing to protect everyone in and around our practice and community right now. As you know, the situation is very fluid and changing quickly, so we will continue to keep you informed as things change. We are following the guidelines of the CDC and the State of California to help stop the unintended spread of COVID-19 that calls for all seniors over the ...age of 65 and residents with chronic medical conditions to self-isolate at home. Your safety and the safety of our team are my primary concerns. For the time being, we humbly ask that you please respect these initiatives. If you are 65 or older and have an appointment in the next week, our staff will be contacting you to reschedule your appointment. If you have an emergency, we can still see you. We respectfully request that you do not bring siblings, friends, or relatives to your family member's dental appointment. Should you feel more comfortable rescheduling your appointment for some time in the future, we understand, and will gladly help you with that. If you have a fever, or even a mild cold or flu-like symptoms, coughing, sneezing, sore throat or shortness of breath, please do not come to the office. For the safety of our team and patients we ask you to please call us, and we will gladly accommodate you with a new appointment. If you have travelled to a high-risk area outside of the United States, such as China, South Korea, or the European Union, please call the office to reschedule your appointment until after you have at least 14 days of being symptom free. Unlike many public environments, our clinic remains a very safe space to continue administering care, as we are constantly disinfecting our facility and sterilizing our equipment. In addition to our standard levels of Hospital-grade sterilization and disinfection after every patient visit, our team is disinfecting common areas throughout the day, including reception room chairs, and front desk. Please wash your hands with soap when you enter and before you leave the office. Also, while it is available, hand sanitizer has been placed throughout the office for your use. We understand the inconvenience that this may cause our patients, and we thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time, we will keep you updated on any changes we make. We are here for you and we will get through this together. Sincerely, Dr. Forrest Boozer and the entire team at Forest Ridge Dental.
