Ford Mance Capital Advisors (FoMaCapAd) is preparing to launch a private placement in early 2018, and is now researching elements and underwriting an issue for its parent, Ford Mance Company as a Reg A+ mini-IPO.

David Hartness is now leading Ford Mance Investment Builders (FMIB). He's designing it's vision using the lessons he'll learn in the Lifestyle Business Accelerator 12 week course to create it's business plan.

Am now designing the legal and financial model for Ford Mance Investment Builders to become a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with David Hartness.
