A big Congratulations to two of our seniors who received scholarships at the Kern County Agriculture Scholarship Awards Banquet last night. We are excited to see you both prosper heading away to college this Fall! #trojanpride #classof19

State Superintendent of Instruction, Tony Thurmond, addressed the 91st State FFA Leadership Conference and announced to the over 7,500 in attendance that all 6 regional supervisor positions will be filled by June 1! We are also very proud of Charisma who was apart of greeting Tony Thurmond upon arrival to this mornings session!

Our students had the opportunity to go on an OC Produce and Solutions tour this morning. They learned about the production of Strawberries and green beans, had a chance to take home some samples and visit the Food Lab in Irvine that allows community members to have a better understanding of how to grow their own food. These girls represented Foothill very well Yesterday at the Regional Speaking Contest ! Kyara Horta in Creed, Abigail Freeman in Prepared and Charisma Arreola and Alejandra Umanzor in Extemporaneous!!!

Freshman Kyara Horta placed 3rd overall at Regionals yesterday! Next stop, State Finals!!!!!!
