Bioscience Senior Spotlight ~ Lauren Steward! "Her dad and I have been extremely proud of Lauren and her drive to accomplish all of her goals she set for herself from the minute she arrived at FTHS. She has always had a passion for learning and science. She completely dedicated herself to her studies and was ecstatic when she joined BioScience. It has been a joy to watch her immerse herself into the material and find her passion that will develop further at UCSD and her caree...r. We can’t wait to watch her become an amazing educated woman in her field and life. We have been extremely proud of her achievements in being able to excel in her honor classes and playing water polo and swim all while she was working at the Ventura Aquatic Center. She always enjoyed being able to help maintain and manage the Bio Science Lab and help out teachers and classmates." ~ Mom, Dad and Beka Lauren is attending UCSD in the fall to major in microbiology with plans to pursue a premed pathway.
