Did you know? In this weeks Oooober and Large Ooooby box, you will find a strange looking bulb that has a wonderful aroma. That beautiful, not well known bulb has many names: Celeriac, Knob Root, Celery Root, or Turnip-Rooted Celery to some. I have found that celeriac is a great substitute for potatoes. Today I made this Celeriac and Apple soup. It is perfect for a little pick me up in this cold weather. It also made my house smell fantastic. Want the recipe? Check in the comments below!

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. It's filled with family, friends, and all the food cooked with love. What did you cook with your fresh local produce from Ooooby Fresno ? Where you able to make it to the The Big Fresno Fair We just made it in time to check out some of the local vendors out here in Fresno. There was so much to do and not enough time to do it.

We a blast at the Historic Crest Theatre Fresno in Fresno! Beautiful place and got an awesome shirt there from a fantastic friend. Right next to the Theatre is Libelula opening soon, i can't wait to try the food from Chef Ian. Then down the corner is some gorgeous street art. If you haven't explored downtown, do it now while the weather is good.

What are we doing tonight you ask!? Watching Dracula at the Historic Crest Theatre Fresno of course. Come out and enjoy the movie with us! Doors open at 7pm
