It was great to be in the house of the Lord with you yesterday. We have some exciting changes coming up this week starting with Morning Prayer which now meets Wednesdays at 7:30am in the Sanctuary. For our last Wednesday Word on Stewardship, we will hear from Diana Morales, a cherished part of our church family who has roots in Cliff Drive Care Center. Diana will share her testimony with us, focusing on what stewardship has meant to her throughout her life. For the last Wednesday Word of March, Megan gives us insight into the importance of inclusion when it comes to mentoring and being mentored. Through 1 Corinthians 12:12-24, she reminds us of the different roles we all play in the body of Christ, none of which take importance over another, and the benefits that come when we mentor or receive mentoring from people who are different from us. We had a great time celebrating Palm Sunday with you yesterday! Just a reminder that we have two Holy Week events coming up soon; Tenebrae and Easter Sunday! Tenebrae is happening this Friday at 7:30pm both online and under the tent. The Easter Sunday online service goes live at 7:00am, and we are gathering in-person at 8:30 AND 10:30am. Tomorrow is Palm Sunday! We hope to see you for worship online or under the tent! Pastor Colleen will be preaching from John 6:51-58 and we will be taking Communion together as well. We are grateful to hear from Pastor Doug for another Wednesday Word video this week. In his devotional, we are reminded of the great wisdom we have to gain from all who are going before us. The gifts our elders offer through conversation, observation, and encouragement serve those of any age who need wisdom and guidance.
