This Espadin is produced in the central valley of Oaxaca in a tropical desert climate. The nutrient-rich soil gives this mezcal a great minerality. While the nose and palate both give off rich fruit flavors, this mezcal is not for the light hearted, coming in at 46% abv, Chichicapa packs a delightful punch. Chichicapa makes a great addition to a Margarita or a Negroni."
