About last night... Roast chicken, parsnips & maitakes with my foraged seaweed butter. Dandelion greens salad with sautéed chicken liver, shallot & kumquat. Beaujolais & roast chicken is a no brainer. Julien Thurel’s Ker’Anna pear cider was a stunning foil to the salad and Saraziniere Macon-Bussières Pavillion was a nice little bridge between the two.

Breaking my anti-selfie self for a little PSA. Feeling incredibly fortunate to have gotten my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine today as an essential worker.
