VIRTUAL COOKING CLASS & WINE PAIRING Flavors of Indonesia is back to the US! It has been almost two years since we had our first debut in Beverly Hills, CA. Three nights of Flavors of Indonesia’s Fine Dining event with over 400 sold-out tickets. ... The responses were beyond our expectation. With that success, we are planning for another one, even better. Aligned with Indonesian Ministries’ Indonesia Spice-Up the World movement, we are collaborating with one of the largest California’s local wineries in Paso Robles, Broken Earth to have three-day of Flavors of Indonesia Food & Wine Festival with, of course, our Maestro, Chef William Wongso during their yearly most significant event: Paso Robles Wine Festival, May 21-23, 2021. To kick-off, we are having VIRTUAL COOKING CLASS with Chef William via Zoom on Saturday, February 13, 2021, where everyone will interact, cook and chat. And yes, most definitely, Chef William’s world famous RENDANG dish (the dish that he challenged Chef Gordon Ramsay on National Geographic’s Uncharted) will be in the menu, along with two other dishes. It will be so much fun so join us!!! Perfect for Valentine’s Day! Chef William will be accompanied by Chris Cameron, well-recognized Wine Maker, and the man who started Broken Earth Winery in Paso Robles twelve years ago. He is a native Australian who is also Chef’s longtime friend (over 30 years), a foodie himself and very familiar with Indonesian spices and cuisine. So there will be perfect pairings, y’all!
