We're excited to announce that we're now open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM! Dinner will continue to be served from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Curfew update: We are open till 10:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday offering patio dining & to-go orders via on-line or phone-in.

We will be closed on Saturday 9/26 and will be reopening on Tuesday 9/29.

Hope smiles from the threshold of the year to come, whispering 'it will be happier'... -- Alfred Lord Tennyson With ebullience, we wish to share with you our new venture in Sebastopol, California. With great dismay, Flavor Bistro shut its doors November 16, 2016. In 2017, the fire consumed our abode, stealing all we owned. Impecunious, we parked at Costco in Santa Rosa, along with hundreds of cars. We had ten dollars in our pocket & nowhere to go. We experienced deep sorrow... & grief. The following years held much disappointments & hardships. Two attempts to open Flavor failed, yet hope persevered. We knew that we must accept the circumstances & finite despondency, but never lose infinite hope. A dear individual once said, Hope is a wonderful gift, a source of strength & courage in the face of life’s harshest trials. In 2019, we stumbled upon a property in Sebastopol. Working with a kind landlord, we were able to recondition & restore the property. Through this tumultuous journey, we held you in our hearts. Thank you for your forbearance! And now, we welcome you to the new Flavor opening for outdoor seating & to-go orders starting on August 18, 2020. We began this passionate journey early 2004, opening for business the day following Thanksgiving Day. In the last approximately 12+ years, we have relished our fellowship with you & treasured your allegiance & patronage to Flavor; the "raison d'être" of Flavor's longevity. We will not forget your certitude in our services, which has been the encouraging fuel. We felicitate you for your kinship with Flavor & gratefully acknowledge you with plaudits for every experienced triumph. Your gracious feedback over the years has awarded us much éclat. You have given to us myriads of memories to ruminate on that cannot be effaced. Unfortunately, our auspicious beginning ends with threnody & dirge. However, there is plenty to be thankful for & we look forward to a plethora of new adventures ahead. As we bring this tasty tale to a finale, perhaps we commence a new venture & inaugurate a novel pilgrimage. After all, farewell is not forever. We will miss you. You will always be in our hearts.
