The time has come again- we will be moving to TO-GO sales only effective Friday 12/11/2020 in accordance with local orders. We will continue to maintain the highest level of sanitation standards while packing all cans, and will greet you at the door with your pickup orders so you may enjoy them safely at home! We are now shipping anywhere in California! Have you been wanting some of our beer but Elk Grove is just too far!? Well now you can! You can order in quantities of a full case, half case, or 2 half cases! Link in profile to see what’s available.... Shipments usually take 24 48 hours to arrive, 21+ signature required at delivery. Please double check your address & email at check out. You will receive tracking info once the package is scanned by the shipping company, GLS. If you have questions regarding your order please respond to your confirmation email. Thank you! Sorry there are no substitutions. There is a $25 shipping charge per full case or a $20 shipping charge per half case or $30 for 2 half cases. Your home delivery address must be in California; beer will only be delivered with proof of legal age on a valid ID; someone has to be at home to receive the package, it will not be left at your door. The website will give you confirmation when your order goes through and is complete. You will receive a tracking number from GLS once the parcel has been scanned by them. As we are using a next day service, delivery to most of California should occur about 24-48 hours after shipping. Obviously current circumstances may affect this. We do not take responsibility for disruptions to delivery service due to any circumstance. This service has been instituted very quickly in order to continue to get beer in our fans’ hands and to generate much needed revenue for our company during the pandemic. Can Release Day! Bramble Ramble- 8.2% Triple Berry Smoothie Sour... Made with officially the MOST fruit we have ever used to date. Packed with blueberry, blackberry, raspberry and cherry, this Imperial Sour tastes just like your favorite Jamba. A light addition of vanilla rounds things out without overshadowing the fruit. $22/4 pack Simple Logic- 8.2% West Coast DIPA w/Southern Passion, Sultana, Simcoe We kept things simple on this WC DIPA and brought three great hops together to lay a perfect foundation of pine resin, ripe pineapple, and dank colitas. $18/4 pack Imaginary Images- 6.3% Hazy DDH IPA w/Galaxy, Idaho 7, Cashmere Having an image in our minds of what we wanted this beer to be, we experimented with our dry-hopping technique to maximize hop aromatics. We ended up with a soft juicy base that we then loaded with hops. The time is here! Bottle release! Summers Harvest- Peach + Apricot Barrel Aged Mixed Culture Sour 6.7% This one is near and dear to us. We brewed the base of this beer in the first year of operation and it slowly rested in Sauvignon Blanc barrels for nearly 2 years before getting blended with 3 other premium barrels. After getting a proper dose of fruit it refermented for another 6 months before going into bottles for another 4 months. We are now ready to hand it off to you. We are stoked on this as this style of beer is what this brewery was originally intended to make. Our original passion- Barrel Aged Mixed Culture Sours. We hope you enjoy!

Today we release a Revelry Society Members bottle- Genus: Amburana - Imperial Sweet Stout aged on Amburana wood. 13.5% In this series, we want to showcase the amazing flavor contribution of the different woods from around the world. Amburana is from Brazil and is generally used in aging Cachaça (Brazilian Rum) This delectable Imperial Stout has no other treatments besides the wood. Huge aromatics of fresh cut vanilla beans, cinnamon rolls, and toasted c...acao nibs. All coming from the wood alone. The rich body carries the intense flavor all the way through like a rollercoaster ride in your mouth.
