Happy Summer everyone! We've been getting a lot of requests for monthly stays. Folks we are a short-term park, longest stay is two weeks with extensions based on availability only. So, the rates are based on daily, weekly and bi-weekly. We are still the best stopping point for all you traveling RVers, come see and stay with us!

Lodi's Stay-At-Home Order Has Been Lifted Wineries can resume outdoor tasting and restaurants can resume outdoor dining now that the stay-at-home order has been lifted. Hair salons and barbershops are also able to reopen. When visiting, please wear your face covering, socially distance, and respect the safety measures in place in our community.

Following California Governor Gavin Newsom’s press conference last week, wherein announcements were made regarding potential closures based on regional qualifications, mixed messaging has been released regarding the status of RV parks and campgrounds. Special Occupancy Parks (private RV parks and campgrounds) are considered essential businesses that offer unique services pertaining to public safety. ... As such, Special Occupancy Parks can remain open for: Residents; Long term stays of two weeks or more; Full-time RVers in need of shelter; and Anyone traveling for essential business or services.

We are residents of the San Joaquin Valley. We have been and will continue to stay open and provide sanctuary to our traveling guests. Our misled governor and his minions don't run this park....We do. We have been open all of this miserable year and have not experienced any problems, nor have our guests. If you're passing through and need to stop overnight, we are open.
