The Garbage Disposal Enema Oh gawd, what’s that smell?!?! I’ve seen my share of smelly garbage disposals and heard my share of remedies, but the quickest way to freshen it up once a week is actually quite simple:... 1) turn on the sink’s hot water and wait for it to get super hot 2) adjust the stream of water so it’s about as thin as a pencil 3) turn on the disposal and squirt a TON of liquid soap into it. 4) just keep it running for about 30 seconds until the soap foam dies down.... then, let the hot water run full stream for a bit Done.

No A/C? Consider a portable air conditioner. This client purchased one and discovered the vent wouldn’t work with her casement window (the ones that crank open). I solved the problem by replacing the window screen with a handmade acrylic window with a cutout for the vent. She’s now 20 degrees cooler and super happy! I’d be glad to build one to fit your window too.... Danny Fixed It!

Water damage?! Nope. This sagging/cracking ceiling was caused by humidity from an exhaust fan that vented into the attic - not outside.
