It is such a shame that the very thing that can help prevent either getting the virus or at least minimize its impact is overlooked and virtually shut down, well you can do it virtually jus not live and in person, EXERCISE. Living a healthy lifestyle including nutrition, exercise, and yes socializa...tion are important factors in limiting the chance of contracting disease or at least speeding up recovery from diseases, virus and bacteria. This is Leigh, hello from Tempe, AZ where I am spending time with my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. In order to help you keep moving and healthy, and responding to many peoples' request to borrow equipment I have come up with what I think is a great plan. Hannah Streiff will be at the studio from 10:00-12:00 tomorrow (Tuesday) and Wednesday for you to come pick up any equipment that we have for you to use at home. Depending on the amount and value of the equipment sh...e will calculate a deposit of which 95% of will be returned when this pandemic is over and we are able to re-open the facility. You may borrow on deposit any equipment you have the capacity to put in your car or truck!!! Bands, tubes, jump ropes, medicine balls, TRX, weights, kettle bells, Body Pump sets, steps, mats, etc. You may also stop by to purchase CBD supplies, Thorne products, or M'lis products. The instructors/trainers and I will start posting live and recorded workouts, suggestions, and more. We will also give you access to Les Mills Online Classes. We love you more than we could ever say and appreciate any support you can give us by staying active through this ordeal. We are locally owned and run and do not have deep pockets. We want to be around for you when this is over, so if you are able to continue your dues while we are going through this we would be forever grateful and will find a way to make it up to you on the other side!!!
