Trainer spotlight Everyone meet our trainer Tim! Tim has been a Track and Field Coach/Lecturer since 1997. Different colleges coached/lectured at: Chico State, SacCity, UC Davis, Currently at Delta College.... -Favorite food: Sushi -Favorite movie: Braveheart -Hobbies: Reading Research, Lifting Weights, Cooking, Bike rides with my fiancé and hanging with our dog -Favorite Sports Team: Every Olympic Track and Field Athletics Team. Favorite thing about our facility: The Staff and Trainers are so wonderful and professional. In addition, the clients and members truely make FWL a great place. I'm proud and fortunate to be a part of it! If you’re interested in one on one training with Tim private message us and we will get you two in contact!

Most of you know him if you hit the gym early mornings/afternoon! -Favorite food: Italian/Lasagna -Favorite movie: Fight Club... -Hobbies: Official gym rat, high school track coach, UNO, Dominoes, trips to the city and taking selfie’s -Favorite sports team: LA Lakers, LV Raiders, Oakland A’s -Favorite thing about our facility: I love all the fans I have accumulated at our gym that let me call them big bro If you see Lawrence at the gym make sure you stop at the front desk to say hi!

Fitness Works Lodi has entered into an agreement to serve as a physical rehabilitation and recovery center with two local medical providers. To serve both their clients and ours, FWL is transitioning to a private key FOB Wellness system.
