Fitness For Life 14.11.2020

Hey Fitness for Life family, we are praying for a safe reopening as we wait for Phase 3 and lIke you all, we are anxious to get our lives back to some normalcy and getting you all back into fit mode. We are targeting to reopen the week of June 1, 2020. To ensure we keep everyone healthy and safe, we have decided to temporarily reduce the size of group trainings from 6 to 3 per session. We will continue to provide one-on-one, if you are interested, please don’t hesitate to ...ask for pricing information. Like before, we will continue to provide disinfectant products to wipe down equipment after each use. Important information: 1. We will be conducting temperature screening before your appointment. 2. We highly encourage you to stay home if you are sick and call ahead to reschedule. 3. Face mask are welcomed but are not required. Please follow your conscious on this matter. Once we are given the green light, we will send out the official date of reopening. At that time, you may call or text Thomas to schedule your appointment. We look forward to seeing you all soon. Our gym remains open; however, group sessions and cardio area will be limited to comply with the recommended social distancing practices. We recommend that you contact Thomas ahead of time to schedule your session. If you are sick or at risk, we strongly recommend that you stay home. ... Clean your hands often Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Avoid close contact Avoid close contact with people who are sick Put distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick.
