SO I’ve decided to post pics of my journey getting here.. and I’m not done yet RP is next weekend and the O is on dec 18th. So bottom line I’m gonna post training exercise videos/pics, tips on which products I’m using to get in shape, who’s helping me get here etc.. how does that sound? They’re awesome human beings with great hearts and they’re the owners @fitnationgym and @fnlabz who’s been a big support for me: Giving me gym access at any time as well as providing my supplements. My 2 KEY supplements in my FAT burning routine is LEAN CREAM and VAPORIZE. I’m still using the seaweed wrap from @squeez_me_skinny (see my earlier video in the blue top). This combo has helped me stay energized on the really low days and I feel like the cream has helped blood circulation and tightened my skin.
