Snacks to buy: Parmesan cheese crisps Salted nuts (macadamia, walnuts, pecans, almonds) Salted pumpkin seeds Nut butters (almond/peanut) Dark chocolate (85% cacao or higher) Lily's peanut butter cups Beef jerky (check the sugar content first) Stevia packets - if you like to sweeten your coffee Avocado & hard boiled eggs .
