Just added two new classes to our gym. Exercise Education: if you’re new to working out or just want to get better at compound movements (squats, kb exercises, deadlifts and more) this class is perfect. 5 person max and for 30 min we focus on mastering a single exercise to add to your workout library Men’s bulk and shredz: the photo and name says it all. We’re doin upper body and growing the muscles we like to show off most. Get ready to hit some heavy weight with slight cardio in between to build and tone your physique
