Tonight's speaker comes with a lot of experience teaching on the topic of making healthy choices for our bodies by the foods and snacks we choose to eat. Beatriz Ramos is a certified dietician at Children's Hospital of Orange County. We look forward to connecting one last time before we close out Red Ribbon Week for this year!

Tonight, we have the Assistant Director of Innovation and Instruction from the district along with our Assistant Principal, coming to talk to us about internet safety and how we can ensure that our children are interacting with the internet in a safe manner. And what we can do as parents to set the right boundaries.

Hope you were able to tune in yesterday! We have another great speaker coming tonight to talk about social media and its impact on mental health, the unique pressures of parenting during a global pandemic, and navigating difficult conversations unique to this time. Dr. Esther Yang is a board certified child psychiatrist at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). We hope to see you there!
