First Choice Carpet & Flooring is the place to go. We had major water leak a few months ago which also required replacement of our carpet. I went to 4 different carpet stores and I am glad I stopped by First Choice. Fred is not only knowledgeable in his business but also very reasonable, understanding, but most of all one of the most hard working persons my husband & I have ever encountered. The carpet that we wanted was back ordered but Fred and his representative worked very hard to get what we want and squeezed in the installation dates to fit our schedule. When it comes down to installation, you will find Francisco & Alex who are experts in their crafts who also worked very hard and installed the carpet beautifully. They cleaned up after the job and left the house neat & tidy. Since we got very good quality carpet and upgraded padding, we may not have to replace them for some period of time, however, if we are to do it again, First Choice will be our choice again. Fred was incredibly professional throughout the entire process always returning my calls and texts immediately. His pricing is very fair and the quality of his crews paint work and carpet installation was fantastic. Fred above and beyond by helping me coordinate the entire scope of work while I remained in Seattle and his crews finished the work early so that my home was move-in ready when I arrived. What a huge relief to arrive and see my beautiful home with new carpet and paint! I will easily recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors! See more
