Physically active toddlers are happier and healthier, too. Create an indoor scavenger hunt. Send your kids to find specific types of items in your house. Then, make them race to put it all back.
To maintain their lifelong health and your sanity, make sure your infant or toddler is getting enough physical activity. All children need and benefit from at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Dancing, walking, riding bikes, and climbing stairs are all low cost fun ways to be physically active with your child.
