Citra is a crowd pleaser that brings lovely guava, citrus, and lychee notes, while Idaho 7 is loaded with mango, bubblegum, and very faint hints of tarragon and dill. We have heard that Hazy's are the thing going these days so we had a little talk with our brewing manager to get something working.
