CONGRATULATIONS to Elijah for being selected as Foothill’s Freshmen of the Year last year! Redding West Rotary had to postpone the ceremony due to Covid so Elijah was recognized today for his incredible efforts as a student. We are so proud to call you a Cougar, Elijah!
