What would you do for a great big hug right about now? Our bodies crave to be physically held. It’s what we needed for survival when we came into this world and now more than ever: to be rocked back and forth and soothed from all the chaos that is stirring around us. Not only do we crave touch in this time of #SIP, but we need a space to be held in. A container for us to release all that we are holding inside. Our emotions are powerful energies that when h...eld in a tense body create dis-ease in the body. Our bodies are designed to naturally ripple and be fluid (You know you are made up of 70% water, right?). I want to offer myself to be your safe space during this time. To hold you through whatever emotional storm you may be going through. My offering in this time of #Quarantine is Femme! Friday's. I will be teaching Femme! Experiences every Friday during SIP starting May 8th. Femme! Experiences are an Inclusive, Safe Space for Emotional Healing on a Primal Level. This is release and healing work. Come join me in moving through all that you are feeling. Be seen and know you are not alone in what you are feeling. We are facing this trauma as a collective. And so, let’s move together. All of us.
