Roofing contractors are backed-up 90-days! We just got a roof installed in Elverta for an FHA buyer who closed escrow end of July!! That's tricky because the mortgage guideline says lender can hold money for 90-days; after that they can apply funds to loan balance. It takes an experienced facilitating EEM contractor to know how to manage that for the lender. Contact us if we can help you or your clients.
