the Anaheim Spanish Church is ready for CUP submittal and hopefully approval and I am posting a color rendering prepared by our staff that shows how the project will look after construction. We overcame some challenges, with parking concerns and a sewer infrastructure problem. We are excited to submit the project and we have been awarded the construction, so this is FDC current design build project.

We got Final Occupancy on Lovell Custom Residential Home in Arcadia. Good work for the FDC construction crew

Sketched Design of Dealership

This was another project from the past. The conceptual rendering for a small car dealership. The architect worked (Sergio Nieves) worked in conjunction with the owner and prepared this awesome design, which allows for showcase and display of vehicles in a strategic way. Enjoy FDC design.
