Happiness is in the little details and tonight there were many! A special lady received a gift of love from her friends for her birthday. It was a night to remember! What are you celebrating?

Can you imagine the richness of this salad dressing by looking at it? Made with lemon, garlic, Parmesan, and Dijon mustard, we poured it over a combination of roasted and raw shaved Brussels sprouts, chopped basil, and sliced red onion. This is definitely one of our favorites!

Last night Nina hosted her coworkers for a cooking class at the Farm School as she lovingly passed the baton to Bob after twenty years of managing a special education program. What a lovely act of gratitude and love. Together, but in small groups, everyone participated in a feast that included roasted grapes over ricotta toast drizzled with Balsamic glaze, grilled zucchini with saffron butter and minted yogurt sauce, rosemary roasted chicken, and a delicious Brussels sprouts salad. Friday night we had the honor of hosting a cooking class which was a celebration for many. One newlywed couple was enjoying their honeymoon, two were celebrating their ninth and tenth anniversaries, and yet another the first 25 days of a new relationship. Together, yet responsibly distanced, we paced ourselves through the kitchen and cooked up a delicious dinner! What are you celebrating?

Despite record high temperatures, these cheerful women and their friends all took turns participating in preparing some of our signature dishes to celebrate a beautiful and lucky future bride! Social distancing, masks, and polka dots... a winning formula. May happiness follow forever!
