Lao sausages was a must-have in our home. Grew up helping mom in the kitchen stuffing these by hand. No sausage stuffing machine was used 30+ years ago! The only thing we ate these with was sticky rice. Broiled in the oven or fried it in a pan was how we remembered cooking it. How do you cook yours?
