Cabbages the children planted during October event, should be ready to harvest in March around St.Patrick's Day Have to give big thanks to, Tori for all her extra help this month. She's invaluable and really came through for me! They checked the progress on the Green Peppers, Short Carrots , Spinach and Beets they planted in September. They also harvested some Anaheim Chili Peppers Kale, various types of tomatoes (large & small) & a few Lemon Cucumbers
