Furthermore, in order to protect our more vulnerable patients from COVID-19, we are recommending that seniors and individuals with chronic health conditions (i.e., heart disease, diabetes, lung disease) or compromised immune systems (i.e., autoimmune disease, history of treatment for cancer) postpone chiropractic care tentatively for the next four to six weeks. We have exciting news! Fallbrook Spine Center has added another valuable members to the team. It is with great pleasure that we introduce Dr. Paul Bartz! Dr. Bartz has been evaluating and treating chiropractic patients for over 16 years. He has extensive experience in sports injuries and has been a Team Chiropractor at the High School and Collegiate level. Before becoming a Chiropractor, he worked in several Southern California hospitals over a period of 9 years. He has exper...ienced the high stress and quick decision-making needs of the Emergency Department as well as the complexity of caring for post-surgical and chronically ill patients. His hospital experiences have allowed him to have a unique perspective, especially on finding solutions for difficult cases. When not in the office, you may find him playing mechanic in his garage or heading to the beach with his family. In the past, Dr. Bartz had periodically worked alongside Dr. Robinson in other clinics as well as in our very own Fallbrook Spine Center. His ethics and techniques are an excellent match for our practice. His partnership with Dr. Robinson, as well as having his own experience, allows him to deliver quality care to all of our patients. In response to recent statistics and projections of the severity of COVID-19 in California, we feel it is in the best interest of our community that we proactively take part in the flattening of the Corona Virus curve. Fallbrook Spine Center will temporarily be discontinuing services until further notice. Our anticipated return is May 4, 2020, pending the progression and impact of the virus. We continually monitor federal, state and local authorities, as well as public heal...th departments and organizations, and feel this is well within the current guidelines. While it has been our goal from day one of the pandemic to serve our patients and help ease the burden of the medical community, at this time we believe that the risk to our community outweighs the benefit of remaining open.
