We struck a deal with Fallbrook High School graduating seniors more than 35 years ago: If they stopped sneaking up the massive hill, climbing the fences in the middle of the night to paint Rattlesnake Tank with their graduation year, our crews would paint it for them. Construction of the first section of pipeline on Merida Drive for the Santa Margarita River Conjunctive Use Project. The project will be delivering #water from Camp Pendleton to #Fallbrook taps in early 2022. It will provide about 50% of #FPUD’s water.
