What a great day for a rally! We were excited to introduce all of our sports teams as they gear up for action. And our Remote Royalty/ Quarantine Court was announced as well. It’s always a great day to be part of the Husky Nation! Thanks to @fpaasb for organizing such a great rally. #oc #highschool #gohuskies #quaratinecourt @fpa_athletics @fairmontschools
Kyle L. (‘22) is out here as part of the Engineering class trying to harness the power of the Sun to bake a cookie. The students have been working on building an efficient solar oven for the past few weeks. #solarpower #stem #engineering
Who tie-dyed a shirt today at lunch?! Peace Day is part of our Fairmont Code initiative where kindness, respect, and being inclusive represent the positive cultural climate we are always working to create. On Peace Day, this Friday, students wear tie dye shirts to celebrate and represent the theme of peace and to help promote harmony around campus - not just at the rally, but every day!

Our 9th grade Biology students are calculating biodiversity on campus by measuring a 1 square meter section and counting the number of different species within that segment. They are modeling the math that ecologists would use in a much larger scale to measure biodiversity. #fairmontprep #biologyclass #fpascience #scienceclass #realworldconnections #biodiversity #STEM #education #learnbydoing #fairmontfamily

It is hard to believe that 9 years ago we rescued our live mascot, Hope Husky when she was just 9 weeks old. Hope was born on August 26 which is National Dog Day and she is a very special addition to our campus. Whether it is singing in class with the choir, running after birdies when the students are playing badminton, helping maintenance clean up after lunch (she loves french fries), or she is hanging out with students she loves to be a part of every aspect of what is happening on campus. When she isn't busy participating in activities she is showing off her extracurricular skills by giving high (fives) paws and howling "I Love You" after you say it to her. Happy Birthday, Hope!
Keeping the Husky Spirit alive...Welcome Back!
Introducing the 20-21 Faculty/Staff! Go Huskies!
