Happy Juneteenth. I believe that dismantling inequity and increased representation of black leaders in capitalism is one of the keys to reversing systemic oppression. Black people amassing more wealth and having more influence is a fundamental aspect of anti-racism work. ... If all of us white and white-passing business allies can spend a few hours each week on activities that help black entrepreneurs amass more capital, we can chip away at this monolithic beast. Who is with me and wants to commit to 60 days of inclusive social impact using their business as a platform to support black entrepreneurs earning more revenue? Drop a GIF if you are ready to put some white skin in the game.
