Make sure your device is connected to a strong WiFi network or have good cell phone reception. 3. Check your device: Test the device’s camera and microphone. Clean the camera lens and make sure your battery is charged!... 4. Sit with the light facing you (use ring light or sit next to a window for strong natural light).
