The F45 Playoffs are standardized fitness testing to help our members track their fitness goals. Our first Playoffs are this Friday, March 26th, to track and record our members pre-challenge targets. The Playoffs are just 10 minutes long with ten different stations where trainers will record your targeted reps. Once the challenge has ended we will run another Playoff to see how you have progressed. This is a great way to track goals on top of losing pounds and gaining muscleit represents your strength and abilities after your commitment to a fitness regimen.
